From uneven to unmissable.
A Locks Heath garden that had become uneven and largely unusable, rebuilt within the customer's set budget into a bright, low-maintenance space: a new porcelain patio and brick step, a fresh lawn edged in matching brick, planting beds, and a new gate and fencing to finish.
The brief.
An uneven, largely unusable garden that had fallen out of use. Working within the customer's set budget, we put together a detailed design before any work began.
The aim was a genuinely low-maintenance garden the customer could enjoy all year round, without giving up the everyday luxuries: a proper, fresh lawn, and room for a few plants and personal touches.
What we built.
The existing uneven patio and lawn came out completely, and we prepared a new sub-base ready for the rebuild. A new brick step now leads from the back door onto the new patio, laid in Bradstone Riven Buff 450 x 450 slabs.
Matching bricks tie the garden together: low-level planting beds and a neat mowing strip run around the newly laid lawn, so the edges stay sharp without extra work. A new garden gate and a short run of fencing finish the space.
Same footprint, same budget brief. Just a garden that's bright, clean, practical and mature-looking, a pleasure to use rather than something to work around.
